Paula Oliveira, Founder and Director
Something about me…
For over 20 years, I’ve been helping organisations across Europe, South America, and Asia to navigate challenges at the intersection of branding, finance, and sustainability. I love a good challenge to solve and new things to learn about.
During my time as Executive Director and Head of Consulting at Interbrand London, and as Managing Director of BrandCap (now Yonder Consulting), I led strategy and creative teams on projects involving research, purpose-led transformation, strategy, engagement, brand valuation, brand architecture and portfolio strategy.
Moved by some of the biggest challenges of our time and by a deep-dive into systems change and sustainability, I decided to apply this wealth of experience to projects focused on sustainable development in some way - that’s how now-on was born.

Outside of work, you can find me writing, drawing, painting, learning languages (English, Portuguese, Spanish, French, German…), reading a good fiction, gardening, swimming, exercising (preferably in nature)… variety energises me, both at work and at home, and I believe it’s in the intersection of that variety that magic happens.
