We have decades of experience in facilitating stakeholder research and engagement at all levels of organisations and systems. We start by understanding the people that matter most to you and create the ‘relational infrastructure’ needed to drive collaboration and change, whilst keeping the higher purpose of engagements at the core of all activities.
Services include stakeholder mapping and research; facilitation of interviews, workshops, offsites, trainings, panels and dialogues; and IP development.

We have worked on challenges and initiatives across the sustainable development spectrum, including: health, education, gender equity, energy, responsible production and consumption, and climate action, among others. We understand the complexities and relationships of our changing world, and use a systemic lens to provide clarity and identify the relevant issues that will make a difference for your organisation or initiative through systemic insights, mapping and futures exploration.

We identify opportunities to accelerate positive change, whether it is your own shift as an organisation or through the services you provide. We understand who you are, explore where you want to go, and apply a sustainability and regenerative lens to see where and how you can have the most impact. Our services in this area include theory of change, market analysis, scenario analysis, strategy development and articulation, and sustainable innovation.

It’s not always easy to follow the UK and European regulation and apply to organisations reality. Having a former regulator helping you to navigate requirements, to assess risks and opportunities (double materiality) and to develop a governance framework can make all the difference. Our process is efficient and leverages the knowledge and structures that already exists in your organisation, so the framework developed is realistic and achievable.

We believe real change happens from within. We work with social entrepreneurs, system change professionals and leaders driving sustainable change like you to take the next steps in your journey. We design coaching and mentoring programs at individual or organisational level.

We’ve been supporting Nexial, a strategy and system change consultancy, on various stakeholder engagement activities, such as a System Innovation Workshop for Rainforest Alliance, the Learning Ecosystems Map Launch Workshop, and the System Change Training focused on the Children in Families Ecosystem. We’ve been coaching their founders, providing advisory services, facilitating their company retreats and supporting sustainability related initiatives.

Impact beyond financial returns
We worked with Wisemix, a valuation consultancy, to demonstrate the impact that a shift towards a more circular model would bring to their client, creating a sounding business case for their new strategy, demonstrating ‘value’ beyond financial returns, and providing inights on how to best engage their stakeholders.

Coaching entrepreneurs for sustainable growth
We coached several founders of social enterprises or organisations focused on addressing sustainable development challenges in areas such as gender equity, circular economy, social polarisation and reducing inequalities. We help them to clarify their vision for their business and for themselves, and to sustain their energy to make that happen.
